Ways to pay: the payment plans on our listings

You do not always need the full price up front. Many of our developers offer instalment plans, and some work with banks on mortgages.

Buying a home in Ghana does not have to mean paying everything on day one. We went through our listings to see what payment options developers offer. Here is what we found.

Instalment plans

The Tema and Danfa estates let you choose how to pay: pay in full, pay 40% now and the rest over 12 months, or take a mortgage. The gated estate in East Legon Hills (CR-0137) offers a 24-month plan with a 15% promotional discount.

Mortgages through partner banks

Two gated communities in Sakumono (CR-0036 to CR-0038) are sold through partner banks, including Ecobank, Fidelity, Republic and Stanbic. The estates at Klagon and Community 13, Sakumono (CR-0015 to CR-0018) also offer a mortgage or a personal plan. Eight listings mention a mortgage in total.

What to ask

Ask the developer which plan suits you, which currency each payment is in, and whether payments are tied to building progress. Our desk can help you compare the options.
