Ready homes are priced in cedis. Off-plan is priced in dollars.
Most finished homes on our site are priced in cedis, and most off-plan homes in dollars. Knowing this helps you find the right home faster.

Of the 36 off-plan listings on our catalogue with a published price, 34 are in US dollars and two in cedis. Of the 79 priced homes that are ready to move into, 55 are in cedis and 24 in dollars. Construction stage and currency travel together more closely than any other two fields we record.
The pattern is partly about who is building. One developer carries the largest share of our listings — every one of them a finished home priced in cedis, mostly standalone and four-bedroom houses around East Legon, Ashaley Botwe and East Legon Hills. The dollar side is spread across apartment towers in Ridge, Labone and Airport West, villas in Kanda, a family of gated estates in Achimota, Spintex and East Legon, and detached houses in Cantonments and East Legon.
What this means for you
If you earn in cedis and want a finished house, there is plenty of choice priced in cedis. If you earn in dollars or pounds, there is a wide range of new apartments and townhouses priced in dollars.
There is choice by type too. Apartments make up 25 of the 50 off-plan listings, and standalone homes make up 36 of the 88 ready ones. There are 19 finished apartments ready to move into today.
Prices you can search
115 of our homes show a price, and 45 show a "from" price for the lowest-priced unit. All of them appear when you search by budget.
For developers
We would like to carry more cedi-priced off-plan homes and more finished apartments. If you have stock like this, talk to the desk.
