Beyond Accra: why Tema is worth a look
120 of our 138 homes are in Accra. Of the 18 that are not, 15 are in Tema — almost all finished, and noticeably cheaper in dollars.

Most of our homes are in Accra: 120 of 138. The other 18 are in Tema (15) and Aburi (3).
Tema: finished, gated and cheaper
Tema is the one place outside the capital with a real choice. Fourteen of its 15 listings are ready to move into; the only off-plan scheme is the estate in Community 22 (CR-0066). Community 25 alone carries seven listings, including three gated schemes by one developer (CR-0007 to CR-0009). Sakumono and Klagon account for the rest.
Ten Tema homes are priced in dollars, from $50,990 for an apartment in Sakumono (CR-0037) to $329,130 for a townhouse in the gated community next door (CR-0036). Their median asking price is about $170,000, against $200,000 for dollar-priced listings in Accra — roughly 15% less, for stock that is mostly finished and gated. For buyers who work in Tema or along the motorway, that is a meaningful discount.
Aburi
Aburi has three finished houses from one developer, at GHS 4.8m, GHS 4.9m and GHS 12m — priced like East Legon rather than like a commuter town, because they are sold on the view and the climate rather than the commute.
What we are looking for
We have no homes in Kumasi or Takoradi at the moment, and we are actively looking for Ashanti and Western Region stock to carry, and for more off-plan schemes in Tema. If you are a developer with homes in any of those places, talk to the desk.
