Residents share a rooftop pool with a sky café, a gym, a games area with a billiard table, a library lounge for working from home, a banquet hall and a children’s play lounge. By the developer’s figures the building is about 550 m from the British High Commission, 1.2 km from Shoprite Mall, 2 km from the Ghana Police Headquarters, 3.2 km from Ghana International School and 6.1 km from Kotoka International Airport.
