The property

This is a new residential high-rise in Ringway Estates, Osu, one of the most central addresses in Accra. It is being sold off-plan, and the developer publishes regular construction updates (the latest for April 2026).

There are four unit types: studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and penthouses on the top floor. The developer’s renders show open-plan living and dining rooms with fitted kitchens and breakfast bars, bedrooms with balconies and built-in wardrobes, and stone-clad bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a double-height lobby with a concierge desk and a covered drop-off area at the entrance.

Residents share a clubhouse and a landscaped square. The renders also show a pool deck, a games room with table tennis, a billiards room, an indoor golf simulator, a yoga room, a cinema, a meeting room and a children’s play area with a climbing wall. By the developer’s figures the building is about 400 m from ABSA Bank, 600 m from the British High Commission and Trust Hospital, 700 m from the Ghana Police Headquarters, 800 m from Standard Chartered and 5.5 km from Kotoka International Airport.
