The property
This is the newest phase of the developer’s development, at the new entrance gate of Oyarifa in East Pantang, about 400 m from the highway at the Abokobi junction. The homes are detached and arranged in crescents inside a gated compound, with views towards the Aburi Mountains. Each design is named after a bird recorded at Oyarifa.
There are four house types: a single-storey bungalow, a single-storey house that can be extended to two storeys, a duplex and a triplex. The developer offers 24 sizes across 11 exterior designs and more than 65 interior layouts, and the interiors can be changed. Packages with the developer’s architects can cover design, construction and furnishing.
Residents get 24-hour security, an on-site mini-mart, a fitness centre, shops and a garden park by the pond. Homes start from USD 54,000. The developer does not publish a price or bedroom count for each house type, so ask the desk for the current price list.
