The property

The estate’s Danfa site sits under the foot of the Aburi mountains, reached along the main Adenta–Aburi road from the Ayi-Mensah toll booth. The setting is cooler and greener than central Accra, with hill views from the estate roads.

Three house types are offered: a two-bedroom standard home at GHS 755,000, a three-bedroom standard home at GHS 860,000, and a three-bedroom executive home. The developer’s published executive price is not legible, so ask the desk for it. The renders show single-storey houses with a columned front porch and a paved forecourt; the site photographs show the houses roofed and plastered on paved estate roads, with finishing still under way.

The estate is planned with round-the-clock security. Every price includes the necessary documentation and complete utility connection, and buyers can pay outright, take a 40% deposit with the balance over 12 months, or buy with a mortgage.
